The ideal candidate will have a minimum qualification of SPM or a Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, along with experience in the logistics industry. Responsibilities include verifying shipping documents, entering information into the ALDEC system, and advising customs job numbers. Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with three years of working experience in the logistics industry.
• Knowledge of the Customs management system would be an advantage.
• Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify, check, and validate all shipping documents for accuracy.
• Ensure accurate information is entered into the ALDEC system.
• Advise the customs job number to CB Customer Service after declaration.
• Attend customs refresher training sessions, if applicable.
