Our company is based in Subang Jaya, Selangor but we are looking for a Sales Executive to be based in Johor to explore the local market.

We are hiring individual who is ambitious, driven and keen to carve a career in sales to join our team.

As a Sales Executive, you will be pursuing new sales prospects, participate in project tenders, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Identifying and pursuing new sales leads

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs for fasteners and hardware industry.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media or different platforms.

Converting sales leads to revenue

Qualify leads and uncover customer needs.

Present compelling products or solutions that address customer’s challenges and demonstrate value.

Navigate negotiations, overcome objections, close sales and achieve sales targets.

Provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and build long-term relationships to retain current and new customers.

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Seek feedback on customer satisfaction annually.

Reporting and analysis

Submit timely and accurate forecasts, reports, monthly highlights and other documentation to management.

Product Knowledge

Be well verse in all products and services that company has offer.

Able to hold conversations about education with current and potential customers.

Contribute to sales strategy and process improvement by sharing customers’ feedback and market trends.

Teamwork and collaboration

Work effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
