Job summary

A technology company in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, prepare HR documentation, and maintain employee records. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Human Resource Management, at least 2–3 years of relevant experience, and a strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws. Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings and onboarding.
  • Prepare HR documentation such as offer and warning letters.
  • Maintain and update employee records and attendance.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and submissions.
  • Manage employee relations and support disciplinary processes.
