• Maintain records related to internal human resources, including employee personal information, job descriptions, job rotation records, attendance records, and performance evaluation records.
• Plan and execute recruitment, selection, and hiring processes to address the company's manpower needs.
• Design, manage, and implement the company's performance management system, utilizing performance evaluation results to provide management with decision-making references such as salary adjustments, bonuses, promotions, transfers, retention strategies, terminations, or recognition of employee contributions.
• Plan manpower utilization budgets, establish and maintain the company's salary system and work rules, manage employee welfare programs and retirement plans, and provide personnel management reports such as work hour planning and attendance management.
• Plan the company's training and development system, conduct needs analysis, planning, execution, and effectiveness evaluation of training and development.
• Conduct job analysis to serve as a reference for departmental job inventory, job allocation, manpower allocation, department responsibilities, and job description establishment in the future.
• Plan, guide, and coordinate all employee-related issues such as employment contracts, salaries, labor-related laws, and employer relations, and actively propose suggestions for policy improvement to achieve optimal management effectiveness.

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
• Education level: Bachelor's degree or above.
