  • Plan and execute recruitment, selection, and hiring processes to address the company's manpower needs.
  • Design, manage, and implement the company's performance management system, utilizing performance evaluation results to provide management with decision-making references such as salary adjustments, bonuses, promotions, transfers, retention strategies, terminations, or recognition of employee contributions.
  • Plan manpower utilization budgets, establish and maintain the company's salary system and work rules, manage employee welfare programs and retirement plans, and provide personnel management reports such as work hour planning and attendance management.
