• Responsible for administrative operations related to import and export customs clearance, including compiling and preparing customs clearance documents.
• Handle and review data and documents for import and export customs clearance.
• Liaise with factories, shipping companies, and customs brokers to confirm delivery schedules, arrange shipments, sign shipping orders, and conduct document inspections.
• Manage import and export remittances, letters of credit, and bonded accounting-related tasks.
• Handle accounts payable invoicing and manage follow-up matters for orders from the sales department.
