About the role

As a Contract Senior/Quantity Surveyor at PH World Property Sdn Bhd, you'll play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our project developments. This full‑time position will see you managing all aspects of contract administration, cost control, and quantity surveying for our diverse portfolio of projects.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate with external consultants for the preparation of project tender documents and bills of quantities.
• Manage the tendering process.
• Handle contract administration, verifying work done, contract claims and payments, variation orders, final accounts, etc.
• Maintain the overall project cost budget.
• Countercheck external quantity surveyor works.
