Responsibilities
  • Manage the production, repair, and maintenance of various testing jigs, including their fabrication and damage control.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for testing stations.
  • Modify, write, review, and analyze test programs.
  • Compile and review electrical specifications for prototype ICT/ATE programs, including programming and submission.
  • Coordinate and execute tests during the quality control phase of the manufacturing process.
  • Analyze testing issues, including Non-Destructive Failure (NDF) analysis, and plan improvements for production line testing stations.
  • Lead the introduction of new models into mass production, providing regular project progress reports and tracking.
  • Provide on-site training for operational tasks.
  • Perform maintenance, upkeep, and improvements on testing equipment.
  • Respond to customer and testing-related issues.
  • Develop and implement continuous quality control testing procedures, incorporating them into regular production processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in power plant testing engineering or a related field.
  • Proficient in writing test programs, such as LABVIEW, and programming for ICT/ATE/ATS.
  • Familiarity with the management of test equipment and fixtures.
  • Proficient in the use of various power testing equipment, including electronic loads, AC/DC power supplies, oscilloscopes, power meters, and other relevant devices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to discuss product defects in a constructive and positive manner.
