  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiples tasks
  • 5.5 day work week (Alternate Saturday)

Scopes:
  • Manage daily operation of the Customer Service Dept to fulfil customers' requirements
  • Train and mentor the customer service team to handle customer orders and enquiries with high service standards
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and related partners in daily business operations
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and adherence to company policies
  • Maintain and replenish office supplies, placing orders as needed and verifying receipt of supplies
  • Maintain proper records for equipment maintenance and service reports
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors to support long-term partnerships
  • Manage basic accounts payable and receivable tasks, ensuring accurate recording and accessibility
  • Oversee office administration budget and track expenditures
  • Perform regular reporting on office performance, inventory levels, and compliance metrics for management review
  • Maintain document management system
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Coordinate meetings in-person or via teleconference
  • Set up workstation for new joiners
