- At least 5 years of experience in office management (managing a team of Customer Service staff) or administration support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools

- Hands-on mentality and can prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently

Scopes:
- Manage daily operation of the Customer Service Dept to fulfil customers' requirements
- Train and mentor the customer service team to handle customer orders and enquiries with high service standards
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and related partners in daily business operations
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and adherence to company policies
- Maintain and replenish office supplies, placing orders as needed and verifying receipt of supplies
- Maintain proper records for equipment maintenance and service reports
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors to support long-term partnerships
- Manage basic accounts payable and receivable tasks, ensuring accurate recording and accessibility
- Oversee office administration budget and track expenditures
- Perform regular reporting on office performance, inventory levels, and compliance metrics for management review
- Maintain document management system
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Coordinate meetings in-person or via teleconference
- Set up workstation for new joiners
