Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Initiate and conduct reporting of process, equipment, product, and environmental anomalies, followed by subsequent inspections and completion tracking.
  • Develop specifications for the QC inspection process.
  • Establish SOP, technology transfer, and equipment confirmation protocols for pre‑production trials of new products.
  • Drive the implementation of quality management systems and plan educational training for the quality system.
  • Lead internal audit activities and oversee production quality.
  • Conduct and follow up on major quality anomaly rework meetings, tracking root causes and implementing corrective measures.
  • Conduct inspections in compliance with various factory requirements, including ISO, HSF, customer, CCC, UL, and others.
  • Department‑level organizational structure, personnel attendance maintenance, and performance assessment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field of Industrial Management.
  • Over 3 years of experience in quality assurance management within an electronics manufacturing facility.
  • Experience with QS or training as an internal ISO auditor is preferred.
  • Familiarity with IPC‑610 training or certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools such as ESD, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MES/MS‑OFFICE systems.
  • Detail‑oriented, logically clear, with a positive and stable personality and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Highly resilient with excellent communication and coordination skills.
