A leading technology firm located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia is seeking an experienced candidate to develop production plans and manage overall production schedules. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of relevant experience in bioengineering, particularly in management. Qualifications

  • Experience in a system assembly plant (OEM/ODM/EMS) with a focus on bioengineering.

  • Coordinate production and sales, facilitate cross‑departmental communication.

  • Open work orders and manage outstanding work orders.
  • Plan and execute team training initiatives.
  • Supervise and conduct performance assessments for the team under your jurisdiction.
  • Accomplish tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in bioengineering or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proficient in material planning, production scheduling (management), and inventory management.
  • Experience in controlling obsolete materials and managing material lead times is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a system assembly plant (OEM/ODM/EMS) with a focus on bioengineering.
  • Experience in production or material management within the electronics manufacturing industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel for report analysis and consolidation. Experience with the DMS ERP system is a plus.
  • Demonstrated operational execution capability.
