Job description
Responsibilities
  • Provide engineering support for all projects in the product development process.
  • Conduct power line analysis, reliability analysis, circuit simulation, and component selection with technical documentation.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot defects in power products, performing maintenance and fault analysis.
  • Assist the manufacturing department and facilitate communication between all relevant departments.
  • Execute the introduction of new products.
  • Debug and test testing equipment.
  • Confirm data for each work order before production.
  • Execute and track Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and Engineering Notices (EN).
  • Collect and suggest improvements based on CPK data.
  • Provide suggestions and proposals for Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and special procurement requests.
  • Send out daily reports during trial production and collect summaries of open issues post-trial production.
  • Analyze and recommend improvements to production processes and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvement.
  • Monitor the status of new products to ensure effective implementation according to policy, processes, and government regulations.
  • Coordinate with engineering and product management departments to develop and implement manufacturing plans for products, ensuring compliance with New Product Introduction (NPI) stage review guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering required.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the field of electronics.
  • Fundamental knowledge of electrical circuits, experience in circuit analysis, and proficiency in product maintenance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the operation and maintenance of production equipment, as well as experience in fixture management and fabrication.
  • Capability to handle power supply maintenance and analyze technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to discuss product flaws in a constructive and positive manner.
