• Formulation of departmental objectives and budget allocation forpersonnel,machinery, materials, methods, and environmental considerations.
• Development and supervision of yield improvement plans.
• Coordination and communication across departments in handling qualityanomalies,including customer complaints.
• Supervision of daily quality anomaly resolutions and feasibility reviewofimprovement measures.
• Internal (company/factory) and external (including customers)communicationandnegotiation.
• Ensuring the normal operation and maintenance of the quality anomalysystem.
• Organizing factory quality (daily/monthly) meetings.
• Integration, analysis, review, feedback, and tracking of quality systemdataforcontinuous improvement.
• Department-level organizational structure, personnel attendancemaintenance,andperformance evaluation.
• Implementation and supervision of 6S activities.
• Implementation of QA management systems and planning for education andtrainingrelated to the quality system.
• Strengthening customer relationship management to prevent excessiveresourcewaste.
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, orIndustrialManagement.
• Over 5 years of experience in quality assurance within an electronicsmanufacturing facility, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in QS or training as an ISO lead auditor is preferred.
• Familiarity with IPC-600/610 training or certification is a plus.
• Proficient in the 7 QC tools.
• Familiar with tools such as ESD, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
• Proficient in ERP/MES/MS-OFFICE systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong logical reasoning, demonstrating a positiveandstable personality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
