Job summary
A leading hospitality group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Entry Level Manager to drive sales and coordinate weddings and social events. You will be responsible for building client relationships, ensuring flawless event execution, and managing logistics. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management and has a minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning. This position requires strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in event planning or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work flexible hours including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue by selling and coordinating weddings and social events.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, wedding planners, and vendors.
- Manage event logistics, timelines, and ensure post-event follow-up for client satisfaction.
