Summary

As an Event Sales Manager - Weddings & Social, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling and coordinating weddings and social events. This role involves building client relationships, creating customized event experiences and ensuring seamless execution in collaboration with internal departments. The manager will drive sales through proactive outreach, exceptional customer service and a deep understanding of client needs. Your key responsibilities include soliciting, negotiating, securing wedding and social event bookings to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, wedding planners and vendors, conducting site visits, presentations and menu tastings to showcase the hotel’s offerings, customizing event proposals, contracts, pricing based on client needs, working closely with banquet, catering and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution, managing event logistics, timelines and post-event follow up for client satisfaction, and attending networking events, bridal shows and social industry functions to generate leads.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration.
