Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Sommelier to oversee the wine operation in their Japanese Restaurant. The ideal candidate will manage both the business and marketing aspects of the outlet, ensuring it runs efficiently while meeting financial targets. Candidates should have a relevant degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment.
