Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Host for the Front Office to ensure excellent guest service and support the smooth operation of the Front Office. Candidates should have a degree in Hospitality or Tourism and preferably some experience in luxury hotels. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, are required. This is a full-time position available to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents.

Qualifications

  • Work experience as a Host or Front Office Assistant in luxury hotels preferred.

Summary

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to guests. The Host – Front Office is responsible for contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office department within the Rooms Division.

Qualifications
  • Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
  • Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Work experience as a Host or Front Office Assistant within luxury hotels is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
