• Schedule and manage appointments for the teams.
• Deal with incoming calls, faxes and correspondences for the teams.
• Devise and maintain office systems, including data management, filing etc.
• Carry out specific projects and market research.
• Assist in the Group’s regulatory and compliance matters (licensing, permits etc).
• Monitor regulatory updates on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.
• Engage with regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with other departments (for example, HR, Directors, Consultants) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
• Monitor, and as necessary, coordinate compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends.
• Other assignments as and when given by the Management.

• Bachelor’s Degree of any related field
• Experience dealing with government agencies
• Experience working in an administrative role
• More than one (1) year working experience
• Able to communicate in BM and English
• Good to have: owns a transport
• Strong team player.
