We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Educator to join our dynamic team at Wonder Minds Preschool in Putra Heights, Selangor. As a Preschool Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds and futures of young children. What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in children

Creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration

Conducting interactive and hands-on activities, such as storytelling, music, art, and outdoor play, to support holistic learning

Observing and assessing children's progress, and providing individualised support and feedback to help them reach their full potential

Collaborating with parents and families to maintain open communication and ensure a seamless transition between home and school

Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your teaching skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree/diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field

At least 1 years of experience working as a Preschool Educator or in a similar role

A deep passion for early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and organisational skills

A commitment to creating an inclusive and diverse learning environment
