A global leader in kidney care is seeking a Business Executive, HD in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This role focuses on promoting and selling Hemodialysis equipment and consumables to both government and private hospitals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3–4 years of experience in medical equipment or pharmaceutical sales. Home as one of Care Enablement’s three therapy verticals, focused on providing patients with flexible dialysis options they can perform at home—including home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The mission is to improve patient autonomy, quality of life, and clinical outcomes through innovative products, services, and support.

The team works cross-functionally across R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial functions to deliver personalized home therapy solutions and expand access to care beyond traditional clinical settings. Join our passionate team and help shape healthcare worldwide!

Role Summary

As a Business Executive, your role will focus to promote and sell medical equipment, consumable products to government and private hospitals, able to develop long term business relationship with existing and potential clients. You are responsible for establishing and maintaining a good & healthy business relationship with clientele all times and provide a professional & well-mannered service to the Company's customers.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell Hemodialysis equipment and consumables to government and private healthcare sectors, building long‑term relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Establish and maintain professional, client‑focused relationships, ensuring high standards of service at all times.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Clinical, and Technical, to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, customers, markets, and product segments.

  • Participate in company‑organized conferences and events to strengthen client engagement and market presence.

  • Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

  • Support service offerings, including service contracts, and manage tenders, ensuring timely and professional submissions.

  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Business Manager, tracking performance and progress against targets.

Your Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Medical Science, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Biotechnology, or related fields.

  • 3–4 years’ experience in medical equipment or pharmaceutical sales preferred, with a strong track record of achieving targets.

  • Results‑driven, self‑motivated, and comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and target‑oriented environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.

  • Independent, proactive, and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude, initiative, and strong sense of responsibility.

  • Own transport and willingness to travel for client engagements across territories.
