Job summary
A legal services firm in Petaling Jaya is looking for a motivated professional to assist in preparing and vetting wills and trust documents. Responsibilities include advising clients on estate planning and meeting with clients online or in person. Candidates should have a degree in Law, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and commitment to quality service are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or minimum one year of work experience.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision during and after tasks.
- Committed to providing quality services and meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and vetting of wills, trust and related estate planning documents.
- Advising on the structure of wills, trusts and estate plans.
- Meet with clients and franchisees via online video calls or meetings.
Skills
Education
- Preparation and vetting of wills, trust and related estate planning documents
- Advising on the structure of wills, trusts and estate plans
- Willingness to learn, work hard, be committed, maintain a positive attitude and do your best
- Be well‑versed with laws and regulations related to wills, trusts and estate planning
- Perform administrative work within specified deadlines
- Meet with clients and franchisees via online video calls or in-person meetings
- Attend calls from franchisees for inquiries related to wills, trust and estate planning
- Act as a team player and collaborate with colleagues for successful project completion
- Degree in Law
- Fresh graduate or minimum one year of work experience
- Good command of English
- Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Meticulous, committed to providing quality services and meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills and tactful in dealing with people
- Ability to work with minimal supervision during and after completion of the in‑house tasks
- Training by experienced senior staff
- Willingness to work in Petaling Jaya
