Learn and assist in various aspects of motor retail operations, including sales, and after-sales service.
Support the management team in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Participate in customer service activities, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for vehicle buyers.
Gain knowledge in vehicle stock management, showroom display, and promotional activities.
Assist in the financial aspects of the dealership, such as pricing, budgeting, and revenue tracking.
Learn about the latest automotive trends, products, and technologies to advise customers effectively.
Participate in leadership training to develop managerial skills for future roles within the dealership.
Supervise, motivate, and guide sales staff to achieve KPIs.
Conduct regular team briefings, product training, and coaching.
Assist in staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and discipline management.
Min SPM and got experienced in Automotive, Retail Management, or related field.
Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
