Responsibilities

• Translate company documents, HR policies, memos, and contracts from Mandarin to Malay/English and vice versa.
• Provide real-time interpretation during meetings between Chinese management and Malay staff.
• Assist management in communicating instructions, policies, and updates to local employees clearly.
• Translate HR/employment‑related materials (offer letters, warning letters, notices, etc.).
• Support communication with Mandarin‑speaking suppliers, government officers, or external parties when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company matters.
• Assist in basic administrative work related to documentation and communication.
• Perform other translation/communication tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) and Malay (spoken & written); English is an added advantage.
• SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
