Job summary

A local employment agency is seeking a Careline Executive for a 24/7 shift role in Subang Jaya. The successful candidate will provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries related to admissions and insurance claims. A Diploma or Degree is required, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential. The agency offers a 6-month renewable contract with benefits, including paid accident coverage and shift allowances. Careline Executive @ USJ - 24/7 Shift rotation RM2500 - Urgent Intake!

Must be able to start work immediately in December 2025.

Walking distance from LRT USJ 7 and BRT

Contract term: 6 Months (Renewable 6 months contract or converted to Permanent staff after a year with good KPI)

Candidates MUST have 1 year experience from a Call Centre

Work pattern is from Monday to Friday.

Work hours: Rotation 24/7 shifts

5 days work and 2 days off as per department schedule

We are a single point of contact to respond to customer enquiries and feedback on GL, Final billing and Insurance related matters based nearby LRT USJ7

Candidates will need to email attached Diploma Certs/ Degree Certs when contacted. If you are waiting to Graduate please provide us a your Completion Letter.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding cashless admissions, discharges, post-hospitalization claims, and related insurance policy matters.

Analyze customer inquiries to determine the correct course of action.

Transfer calls to the appropriate departments and ensure proper follow-through and resolution.

Provide accurate, clear, and timely information to enhance the customer experience.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the system.

Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Support operational efficiency by contributing to team goals and initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Candidate Must possess a Diploma / Degree in any field.

Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is compulsory (both speaking and writing).

Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure and during high call volumes.
