Join Genting Malaysia Berhad as a Hotel Planning Executive to support strategic hotel and F&B planning within a leading multinational leisure and hospitality company.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting Hotel Planning Manager in providing strategic support to EVP – Leisure & Hospitality (L&H)
• Performing feasibility studies, proposing business models, and assessing potential return on investment
• Preparing and disseminating routine reports, ad-hoc management reports, and monthly Hotel and F&B financial performance reviews
• Reviewing, reassessing, and analyzing hotel and F&B performance with recommendations for improvement
• Coordinating and developing the Annual Divisional Profit Plan exercises
• Supporting and undertaking ad-hoc projects assigned by management
• Handling general administration tasks
• Conducting fieldwork, market research, and highlighting operational concerns

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Economics/Mathematics/Actuarial Science or equivalent
• Preferably 1 or 2 years of related working experience or fresh graduates
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team player attitude
