A leading engineering firm in Kedah is seeking a passionate engineering candidate to improve stamping process capabilities. The role involves analyzing processes, liaising with departments for quality solutions, and providing training on new processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 2-5 years of experience, and good communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in related field preferred, fresh graduates encouraged.
• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)/Box-build is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Study and improve the stamping process capability.
• Prepare POI, WI, and process drawings.
• Liaise with departments for engineering or quality solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Coordinate FA or prototype part submissions with quality.
• Provide training for new processes or products.
• Initiate SPC projects and resolve quality problems.
• Monitor machine and process performance.

Job description

Study, develop and improve the stamping process capability in term of engineering task and ergonomic of the process.

Preparation of the POI, WI, process drawing, jig & fixture drawing, study on the DFM during transfer to mass prod.

Liaise with other department in any engineering or quality solution.

To identify and spot any opportunity for the existing process improvement activities and cost saving program.

Coordinate FA or prototype part submission on tracks and with good quality.

Provide training to the production for any launching of new process or products.

Initiate SPC project and appoint SPC team to resolve potential non-conformance/quality problem.

Daily machine & process monitoring performance as Hot Plate, Gluing Process, Ultra Sonic Process & Quality Control.

Control and manage the tooling spare part and tooling improvement program.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Engineering or equivalent.

Candidate must possess at least 2-5 years working experience in related field, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

For those have work experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)/Box-build will add advantage.

Good command of written and spoken in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Working under company of JHM Dekai Auto Lighting Sdn. Bhd. (Subsidiaries of JHM Consolidation Berhad).

Willing to work in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
