Job description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our finance team with daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with formulas and spreadsheets as well as handling various tasks, including record keeping, report preparation and assisting with budget development and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining daily transaction report.
  • Assist in update and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Assist in monthly closing activities and generate basic financial reports.
  • Assist on tasks assigned by leader.

Requirements:

  • STPM / Diploma holder in Finance / Accounting/Banking. Diploma graduate are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including using formulas and functions.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational, independent, detail-oriented, fast learner, honest & high level of integrity.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
