Location & Working Hours

Location: Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday 8.30am-4.30pm)
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Scope
  • Handle company all E-commerce platform sales and setting.
  • Assist director follow up client request.
  • Major on preparation Invoice and quotation.
  • Prepare client monthly statement and check payment status.
  • Stock inventory checking to ensure the stock movement are correct.
  • Filling all documentation related to office administrative.
  • Checking supplier delivery status to ensure stock on time reach.
  • Assist in all task related to Purchasing and HR job.
  • Assist on writing formal letter for government and private sector.
  • Assist on all application task include grant and worker permit matters.
