Thakral One is looking for an App Growth Hacker with 7-10 years of experience in app growth, performance marketing, or digital product management. The role focuses on driving user acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven experiments, funnel optimization, and mobile analytics to maximize user lifetime value.

The Role
  • Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across CD mobile app
  • Plan and execute growth experiments to optimize conversion funnels
  • Work closely with data, product, and marketing teams to identify high-ROI levers for in-app engagement and monetization
  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing on onboarding flows and push notifications
  • Analyze user behavior and cohorts to uncover friction points and improve lifetime value (LTV).
The Expertise
  • 7-10 years' experience in app growth, performance marketing, or digital product management
  • Proven record in driving MAU, retention, and conversion for consumer apps (telecom, fintech, or digital platforms preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of mobile analytics (Braze, Google analytics etc)
