We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Creator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for producing engaging and original content across multiple platforms to help grow our brand presence, attract customers, and drive engagement.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (video, photo, written) for social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Develop and execute content calendars and marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals
- Write compelling captions, blog posts, and scripts that align with brand tone and voice
- Film and edit short‑form videos (especially TikTok and Reels) that are trendy, fun, and effective
- Monitor performance of content and suggest improvements using basic analytics tools
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote launches, promotions, and brand messaging
- Stay up to date with social media trends, hashtags, and content strategies
- Occasionally appear on camera for product demos or lifestyle content (optional but preferred)
- Proven experience as a content creator, social media executive, or similar role
- Strong skills in writing, photography, and video editing (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short‑form content trends
- Comfortable with camera and on‑screen presence (bonus)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking and willingness to experiment with new ideas
- Good command of English and/or Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a bonus
- Experience in pet, beauty, lifestyle, or e‑commerce industry
