About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate to join LONGI MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. (SERENDAH) as a Management Trainee. As a Management Trainee, you will have the chance to contribute to the company's strategic initiatives and gain valuable experience in a fast‑paced Multi‑National Company (MNC) environment. This full‑time role is based in Serendah, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

• Undergo a comprehensive training program to develop a well‑rounded understanding of the company's operations based on the department assigned.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and address operational challenges.
• Support the company's compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies.

• Work Experience
  • Candidates with or without experience are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment management, Process, QC preferably in solar or manufacturing industries will be an advantage.
• Education

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
