RDC Arkitek Sdn Bhd is seeking an Architectural Clerk-of-Works (COW) / Inspector-of-Works (IOW) to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full‑time position will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our architectural projects by overseeing and inspecting the construction work onsite.

What you’ll be doing

• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of construction work
• Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies between the design plans and the actual construction
• Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards
• Maintaining detailed records of site visits, progress reports, and any corrective actions taken
• Collaborating with the design team to provide feedback and recommendations for improvements
• Assisting with the coordination of project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and authorities
