We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to join our team at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT. In this full‑time role based in Johor Bahru, Johor, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring efficient and cost‑effective sourcing of materials and services for the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Researching and evaluating suppliers to identify the best options for quality, cost, and delivery
• Preparing and issuing purchase orders, following up on deliveries, and managing relationships with suppliers
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all purchasing activities
• Collaborating with internal departments to determine purchasing needs and priorities
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures for procurement

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Purchasing Executive or in a similar procurement role
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to evaluate options and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
