Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction – Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp/chat inquiries with a friendly and empathetic approach. Provide prompt, accurate responses to customer queries and concerns.

Problem Resolution – Actively listen to customer issues and resolve them efficiently while maintaining a professional and respectful tone.

Product Knowledge – Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and policies to offer accurate information and assistance to customers.

Service Continuity – Be dependable and proactive in ensuring smooth service delivery whenever customers need support.

Record Keeping – Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system for reference and compliance purposes.

Quality Assurance – Adhere to established customer care standards and performance benchmarks. Participate in continuous training to enhance communication and negotiation skills.

Team Collaboration – Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, provide backup support, and maintain smooth operations.

Contract & Compliance Support – Assist in contract signing tasks and provide backup support during compliance-related processes, especially in cases of PV staff shortages.

Schedule Flexibility – Be open to working in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as part of our commitment to uninterrupted customer support.

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent.

Good communication skills in Malay and English (both verbal and written).

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.

Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.

Good attendance record and reliable work ethic.

Good health record and able to perform duties effectively.

No involvement in offenses or criminal records.

Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools.
