A local property development company in Johor Bahru seeks an Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager/Executive to drive sales and manage marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in the property industry and possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Business Studies. Strong knowledge of the Malaysian market, along with excellent interpersonal skills and bilingual communication abilities, particularly in Mandarin, are crucial for this role.
As a Sales & Marketing Executive / Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager you will be acting as Company's front-liner, to continually drive new sales and opportunities. This full-time position is based in JOHOR BAHRU, Johor and provides you the opportunity to liaison with numerous people at various levels and fields. You will be able to grow and groom yourself and create wonderful networks.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop, plan and execute effective sales strategiesto support the company’s sales targets and objectives.
Monitor and analyze current trends, pricing and competitor activities in the local property marketto guide strategy and decision-making.
Organize, coordinate and manage marketing events such as property roadshows, exhibitions and launches.
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained throughout pre-sales and post-sales processes.
Evaluate the performance of marketing communication strategies and campaigns, making improvements where necessary.
Track and follow up on the entire sales cycle to ensure timely closure of deals and accurate documentation.
Attend to site appointments with prospects, purchasers, or agents for assigned projects.
To assist in handing over the VP of units process to ensure all documentation follows the guidelines and procedures.
Assist with any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by your immediate superior or Head of Department.
Who We’re Looking For:
Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the property development industry.
Strong understanding of the Malaysian property market and buyer demographics.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to speak in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
