Human Resources & Administration Executive (based in Malim, Melaka)

As a full-time HR & Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources and Administrative division. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR and administrative duties, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you’ll be doing
  • Overseeing and executing HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and other administrative tasks
  • Providing administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed
  • Liaising with external service providers, vendors, and government agencies on administrative matters
  • Continuously improving HR and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
What we’re looking for
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and administrative procedures
