A leading manufacturer of modular data center solutions is seeking a Sales Executive based in Johor, Malaysia. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving the sales cycle. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the data center or ICT sectors. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

- Develop and execute sales strategies for data centre solutions.

- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to after-sales support.

With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote data centre solutions, including modular data centres, racks, cooling systems, power distribution units (PDUs), and related infrastructure.
- Identify, pursue, and manage relationships with enterprise clients, system integrators, consultants, and contractors.
- Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, closing, and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, project, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and industry networking events.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in data centre, ICT, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure and industry trends is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
