Job Requirements:

  • Provide high-quality customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries
  • Assist guests with reservations, room bookings, promotions, and general inquiries about company's offerings
  • Ensure accurate information is provided while maintaining a professional and courteous manner
  • Address customer complaints or concerns efficiently, escalating cases when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve booking issues, special requests, and other customer-related matters

Skills & Qualification:

  • Candidate with at least1-year hotel working experience in room reservation, telephone operator or front desk in 5-star hotel(s) will be preferred
  • Fresh graduate candidates from faculty of hotel, travel and tourism related field are encouraged to apply
  • Able to accept shift duties including overnight shifts
  • Language: Mandarin, Cantonese & English (Spoken & Written)
