Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Weld metal components to fabricate or repair products according to shop blueprints.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine requirements.
• Operate welding equipment to perform tasks on various metals and alloys.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with other team members to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines.

The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication and Assembly: Weld metal components to fabricate or repair products according to shop blueprints, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Equipment Operation: Operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick welders, to perform welding tasks on various metals and alloys.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines.
