About the job: Senior Maintenance Executive (Salary up to RM 5,000).

Company Background:

We are representing a fast growing furniture manufacturing in Klang. As they are expanding, they are hiring Senior Maintenance Executive to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all installations, repairs and upkeep operations for company's facilities
• Oversee the development, implementation and adherence of all preventive maintenance projects
• Train and lead others to perform preventive maintenance functions
• Assist with the maintenance of the calendar contracted services or when required
• Ensure adequate supply of products are available for daily maintenance and emergency requirements
• Maintain accurate records for all routine inspections of equipment and daily work logs

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Maintenance Department
• Knowledgeable about building maintenance, electrical system, air conditioning, ventilation systems, fire protection system, painting and general carpentry repairs
• Candidate from manufacturing industry would be added advantage
• Able to communicate in Mandarin (Due to business nature)
• Working Hour: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm // Alternate Saturday (Halfday)
