We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing trends and adept at creating innovative campaigns to achieve company goals.

• Develop innovative and inventive marketing plans to maximize prospect and booking numbers
• Initiate day-to-day calendar activities which shall be closely monitored and executed in a timely manner
• Develop compelling and visually appealing content for social media, websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.
• Manage and curate content for social media platforms daily, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followership.
• Generate report and analysis that can determine marketing weaknesses and opportunities for robust correction and corrective measures
• Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams and other departments such as aftersales to gather information and insights for content development.
• Monitor & coordinate any physical marketing activities flow such as roadshow, showroom event, HQ event, new product launching etc.
• Plan and train sales advisors on marketing skills and tools occasionally
• Conduct live social media sessions
• Prepare marketing plans & reporting to HQ when required
• Handle customer’s concern, analyze root cause and take improvement activities
• Continuously strive to develop and maintain good rapport with customer and strive toward achieving high customer satisfaction

• Prior experience as a marketing executive for 1 ~ 2 years
• Preferably with Photoshop skills
• A thorough understanding of contemporary trends in consumerism.
• Excellent research and writing skills, particularly as these apply to marketing.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and capacity development skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Willing to travel when needed
• Strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills, including photography and videography.
• Proficiency in graphic design / Photoshop tools and software.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
