Job description
Multi-Channel Network / Business Development Executive

Fully responsible for the content planning, script production, video creation, and account growth of all company-owned social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, etc.), and for building the company’s proprietary IP portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the positioning, content direction, style, and posting rhythm of the company’s social media accounts.
  • Develop content strategies, including topic selection, scriptwriting, shooting plans, and trend spotting.
  • Manage filming, editing, and publishing to improve content quality and exposure.
  • Build and operate corporate IP accounts (e.g. CEO IP, Brand IP, Educational IP).
  • Conduct daily data analysis (views, conversions, engagement rates).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (business, product, design).
  • Plan and execute online marketing activities (livestreams, themed campaigns, viral content).
  • Train internal teams to enhance the company’s overall content capabilities.
Key Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and above; majors in media, advertising, marketing, or related fields preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in social media operations; experience in building personal or brand IPs with proven success is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of short-video logic, content scripting, camera language, and platform algorithms.
  • Good aesthetic sense, creativity, and strong sensitivity to trends and hot topics.
  • Skilled in topic planning and improving engagement and follower growth.
  • Basic filming and video editing skills are an advantage.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English.
Business Development Executive

1–3 years of experience in TikTok influencer/streamer/KOL outreach and business partnerships. Familiar with the influencer ecosystem of at least one major content platform such as Douyin or TikTok, including pricing structures and collaboration models across different content verticals.

Possess established influencer resources (e.g., niche or mid-tier creators with direct contact access), or demonstrate proven success in influencer acquisition and partnership development (e.g., independently engaging 50+ influencers and securing 30+ successful collaborations).

Strong understanding of the end-to-end influencer collaboration workflow, including initial outreach, needs assessment, contract coordination, and execution follow-up, with the ability to independently manage and close partnerships.

Prior business development experience with brands, MCN agencies, or content platforms is highly preferred. Experience with livestream commerce and short-form video integrations is an added advantage.

Key Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and above; majors in media, advertising, marketing, or related fields preferred.
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use both languages effectively for daily work communication.
  • Prior working experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and/or Lazada is an added advantage.
  • Strong sense of initiative, high attention to detail, and a responsible work attitude; demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset.
