Assistant Accounts cum Admin Manager
Accounting Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
  • Support in preparing full sets of accounts.
  • Assist in month‑end closing activities and preparation of management reports.
  • Monitor accounts receivable closely, and follow up on overdue payments.
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Assist in supervising daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle office supplies, maintenance arrangements, and general administrative duties.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for both accounting and administrative documents.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in accounting.
  • 5 years of working experience in accounting.
  • Administrative work experience required, with the ability to manage daily office operations efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as AutoCount and Microsoft Office suite.

Start date: Immediate start or after Chinese New Year

Accounts Executive
Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full set of accounts, including preparation of management accounts, month‑end closing, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
  • Handle all accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, credit note, debit note, and e‑invoices to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Maintain proper filing of all financial and administrative records.
  • Provide administrative support and undertake any ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of full set accounts experience.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as AutoCount and Microsoft Office suite.
