Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in PCB assembly or SMT.
• Knowledge of 8D methodology is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance for the product life cycle.
• Identify failures and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure quality conformance.
• Provide training to quality assurance team on policies and procedures.
