Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in metal surface finishing or electropolishing.
• Experience with stainless steel EP process and SOPs.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical oversight of electropolishing processes.
• Develop and optimize EP process parameters.
• Lead troubleshooting for process deviations.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance for process control systems.
• Monitor technical KPIs such as defect rates.
