Job summary

A technology recruitment agency is looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer based in Ipoh. The candidate will be responsible for debugging production test boards, creating and evaluating prototypes, and collaborating with design engineers in India and the U.S. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years in electrical hardware development, along with knowledge of circuit design and troubleshooting practices. Experience in software debugging and Agile methodologies is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical hardware development.
• Experience in high-speed digital design preferred.
• Ability to document control systems for test environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Some knowledge of window-based workstations.

Responsibilities

• Debugging and troubleshooting production test boards.
• Create and characterize prototypes of designed test boards.
• Collaborate with design engineers in India/U.S.
• Interface hardware with software through cooperation with developers.
• Establish test debug methodologies and procedures.
