We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our e-Commerce team as a Pricing Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product pricing, stock updates, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment across our e-Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail, and is passionate about e-Commerce operations.

Job Description

• Track daily gold bar prices and adjust pricing on e-Commerce platforms as needed.
• Manage stock transfers from logistics teams and other showrooms for replenishment.
• Update inventory and stock levels on e-Commerce platforms.
• Prepare Transfer Notes (TNs) for the e-Commerce team.
• Verify and organize courier manifests and maintain daily documentation.
• Conduct photoshoots for new items and coordinate uploads with final photos from Marketing Department.
• Set pricing for newly uploaded items.
• Prepare and upload product listings and provide lists for promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with e-Commerce teams for ad-hoc campaign requests.
• Inform the team about items featured in banners.
• Perform monthly stock reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure Lazada and Shopee holders are finalized daily.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years in e-Commerce operations, pricing analysis, or inventory management.
• Proficiency in e-Commerce platforms like Lazada and Shopee.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to details.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic photography and image editing skills are an added advantages.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under tight deadline.
