- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
- Oversee events onsite when needed to meet client expectations.
- Prepare simple post-event reports and track campaign results. 📊
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, Event Management, Business, PR, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in event management, client servicing, brand activation, or agency work.
- Experience in school activations, FMCG roadshows, or large-scale events is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude, team player, and comfortable working with diverse groups.
- Good command of English and BM.
- Enjoys fieldwork and onsite events (including some weekends).
