What You’ll Do
  • Be the main contact for clients from briefing to project completion.
  • Understand client needs and propose exciting, effective event ideas.
  • Manage event planning, timelines, manpower, logistics, and on-ground execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Oversee events onsite when needed to meet client expectations.
  • Prepare simple post-event reports and track campaign results. 📊
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, Event Management, Business, PR, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in event management, client servicing, brand activation, or agency work.
  • Experience in school activations, FMCG roadshows, or large-scale events is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and comfortable working with diverse groups.
  • Good command of English and BM.
  • Enjoys fieldwork and onsite events (including some weekends).
  • Passionate about events, youth engagement, and creating impactful brand experiences. ✨
