What you’ll be doing

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer orders and business objectives
• Analyse production data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure the smooth flow of materials and the timely delivery of products
• Provide regular reports and updates on production performance to management
• Implement and maintain production planning and control systems to enhance decision‑making
• Identify and resolve production‑related issues, minimising disruptions to the manufacturing process
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of production planning and control procedures

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production planning or scheduling role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Proficient in using production planning and control software, such as ERP systems
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
