Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Presales or Technical Consultancy in network and security IT environments.
  • Technical expertise in Routing, Switching, NGFW, WAF, ZTNA, NAC, SSL VPN.
  • Familiarity with networking, cybersecurity, data protection, and data centre solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Scope, design, and promote network & security solutions aligning with customer requirements.
  • Create and deliver high-quality presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Collaborate with account managers to support the sales cycle from discovery to closure.
  • Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions.
  • Coach sales teams and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Work with delivery teams for seamless handover and successful implementation.

We are seeking a Presales / Senior Technical Consultant with proven expertise in network and security solutions. In this role, you will lead technical presales engagements, promote innovative solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to our customers. You will design and deliver high-quality solutions, presentations, and demonstrations that meet business needs, while supporting the sales team in driving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design & Promotion – Scope, design, and promote network & security solutions that align with customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Presentations & Demonstrations – Create and deliver compelling, high-quality presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts showcasing solution benefits and ROI.
  • Sales Support – Collaborate with account managers to support the technical sales cycle from discovery through closure.
  • Customer Engagement – Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with strategic needs.
  • Enablement & Business Growth – Coach and support sales teams, identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and maintain accurate engagement records.
  • Post-Sales Alignment – Work with delivery teams for seamless handover and successful implementation.
Requirements
